Compatify Subscription Terms
Effective Date:1st August 2025
These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) explain how Compatify Premium is billed and managed. They form part of our Terms of Use and should be read together with our Privacy Policy. “We”, “us”, and “our” mean [Company Name].
1) Eligibility
Compatify is for users aged 18+. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2) Plans & Features
- Free Tier – Access to the Lifestyle quiz and basic features.
- Compatify Premium – Unlocks all quiz categories and additional features advertised in‑app.
3) Billing Through App Stores
All subscriptions are billed and managed by the store you purchase from. We don’t collect or store your payment details.
Apple App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period at the price displayed in the app. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy.
Google Play Store
Payment is charged to your Google Play account at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period at the price displayed in the app. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google under their policy.
4) Free Trials & Intro Offers
If offered, trials/intro prices apply once per account unless stated otherwise. When a trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and renews automatically at the then‑current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
5) Price Changes
Prices may change. Where required by Apple or Google, you’ll be notified and may need to agree to the new price. If you don’t agree, cancel before the next renewal in your store account settings.
6) Cancellations
- iOS: Open Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → Compatify → Cancel.
- Android: Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Compatify → Cancel.
Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We cannot cancel on your behalf.
7) Refunds
Refunds are provided (if applicable) by the store you purchased from, according to Apple’s or Google’s policies. Please submit refund requests through the respective store.
8) Coupons & Promotional Codes
We may offer coupons or complimentary access. Each code has its own terms (duration, eligibility). Codes have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and may be revoked for abuse or fraud. When complimentary access ends, your plan will return to free unless you subscribe through the store.
9) Account Sharing
Your subscription is for personal use on your own account(s). Where a store supports Family Sharing, compatibility depends on the store’s rules and your settings.
10) Data Use
We only collect what’s needed to provide Compatify: your email and quiz answers to calculate and display results. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11) Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the Service. If we discontinue Premium in a way that materially affects you, we’ll aim to provide reasonable notice via the app or email where possible.

13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales Australia, except where the app store requires otherwise.
These Subscription Terms may be updated from time to time. We’ll post the latest version here with a new effective date.
